If you are from out of the area and planning to be a vendor, we have worked special deal with the hotel.
That way you do not have to leave so early to travel to the show. Or try to find a place the night before.
For Friday night ONLY rooms will be $64 for a single bed. $69 for a double.
This will be much lower than the summer rate in the area. You will have to call the hotel M-F 8am to 4pm and mention

Vendor Registration Application
- If you would like to be a vendor at Northwest Georgia's Cosplay Yard Sale on July 27, 2019.
Please fill in your details in the Vendor Application Form below. - After filling out the form, click the Submit Form button, An invoice will be sent to you from Paypal to pay for your tables.
- Vendor Tables are $40 for 1, $75 for 2, $100 for 3.
- Vendor space is not guaranteed until payment in full has been received.
- Vendor load in times is between 7 am to 9 am. Saturday and 5 pm to 9 pm Friday
- After you unload, you will need to move your vehicles to the back parking lots or to the other side of the hotel.
- Doors will open at 10 am.
- Loadout time will be between 4 pm and 6 pm.
- This is a family friendly show. No one is to offer any pornographic, illegal or stolen items.
- No one is to offer any food or drink products for sale.
- Vendor can bring shelving but must fit within your table area.
- No one is to block isles or emergency exits
- All vendors are responsible for the collection of any taxes.

- After you fill out the registration form, click the Submit Form button to pay for your tables using PayPal.
